The FEFCO 0201 is the box everybody recognises: four flaps top and bottom meeting in the middle, glued at one joint, shipped flat. It is the highest-volume style in corrugated and the one most packaging distributors sell more of than anything else.
Manufactured to your specification
We produce 0201 cases to any practical internal dimension, in single wall or double wall board, plain or printed. The manufacturer’s joint is cold-glued on our multi-point glue system for a flat, strong seam that erects square on the packing bench or through a case erector.
Because our lines print, slot, glue and palletise in one pass, standard cases carry very little handling cost. That keeps unit pricing competitive at the pallet quantities trade customers buy in.
Board selection
The right grade depends on what the box carries and how it travels:
- Single wall E flute for lightweight products and a smoother print surface.
- Single wall B or C flute for general transit and storage.
- Double wall BC for heavier contents, stacking and long-term storage.
Our CAD team can also reduce blank size or move to a lighter flute while holding stacking strength, which cuts board consumption on high-volume programmes.
Optional peel and seal
For e-commerce customers we can apply a pressure-sensitive strip to the outer flaps inline, removing tape from the packing process.
