Peel and Seal Book Wraps

Adjustable-depth corrugated wraps with integrated peel and seal, designed for books, flat goods and media.

Peel and seal book wraps manufactured for packaging resellers and e-commerce

The book wrap is a single-piece corrugated mailer that folds around a flat product and closes with a peel and seal strip. Multiple crease lines on each side let one wrap adjust to a range of thicknesses, which is why it has become the standard format for books, stationery, media and other flat goods.

Our core format

Book wraps are one of the products our production lines were set up for. The blank is printed, die-cut, creased and fitted with its peel and seal strip in a single pass, then palletised automatically. That keeps the unit cost tight at the volumes book and media distributors work to.

Designed around the pack

Our CAD team designs the crease pattern around the product range you need to cover, so that the smallest and largest items both pack tightly without excess board. Where postal costs matter, wraps are engineered to keep the finished pack inside the carrier’s Large Letter band.

Closure options

Every wrap carries an integrated pressure-sensitive strip as standard. Optional extras include a tear-strip for easy opening and a second adhesive strip for returns.

Print

Up to two-colour flexographic print is available on the outer face for branding, handling instructions or SKU marks, with Pantone matching across repeat runs.

FAQ

Book Wraps questions

Why are book wraps sold in multi-depth formats?

A book wrap has several crease lines on each side, so one size closes tightly around products of different thicknesses. That lets a fulfilment operation stock fewer sizes and still pack every order snugly.

What sizes of book wrap can you make?

We manufacture book wraps to any practical footprint, including sizes that keep the finished pack within Royal Mail Large Letter limits. Tell us the largest and smallest product to be packed and we will design the crease pattern to suit.
