Peel and seal packaging replaces tape with a pressure-sensitive adhesive strip protected by a release liner. The packer peels the liner, folds the closure and presses. The result is a faster, more consistent pack and a cleaner, tamper-evident parcel.
Applied inline
Our hot-melt peel and seal applicator sits on the production line, so the strip is applied as part of the same pass that prints, cuts and glues the blank. There is no secondary process, no separate lead time and no premium for handling.
The system applies strips to 0427 mailers, book wraps, 0201 outer flaps and bespoke die-cut formats alike. Single-strip closures are standard. Dual-strip configurations give the end customer a second strip to reseal the pack for returns, and a tear-strip can be added for easy opening.
