Display packaging puts the product in front of the shopper. From a simple FEFCO 0801 display box to a die-cut counter unit with a header card and product dividers, we design and manufacture display formats that ship flat, assemble quickly and hold print well.
From simple to complex
At one end of the range is the 0801, a carton with a tear-away or fold-back front that becomes a display on the counter. At the other are multi-part die-cut stands with tiers, headers and dividers engineered to hold specific product. Our CAD team designs across that range, and every format is sampled on our digital flatbed before tooling is committed.
Ship-in-display
Where it suits your customer’s supply chain, displays are designed to travel filled as a closed transit carton and convert to a display in store. That removes a packing step, protects product in transit and gets the display on the counter faster.
Display packaging is print-led. Our flexographic process delivers up to two colours with Pantone matching on E flute, which gives a clean, consistent surface for branding and calls to action across repeat runs.
