Why distributors switch to Tradepack
Streamlined corrugated manufacturing, built around trade supply.
Our lines print, cut, glue and apply peel and seal in one continuous flow, then palletise automatically. Fewer hand-offs means lower unit cost and the same pack every time.

Low overhead production
Print, cut, glue and peel and seal in a single pass, palletised at the end of the line. Less handling, less labour and less setup, which shows in the unit price without sacrificing consistency.

CAD design and engineering
Every project starts with structural design. Our CAD team develops packaging that protects the product, reduces material and runs efficiently on automated lines.
- Smaller blanks, lower board consumption
- More strength from lighter flute grades
- Designs that run faster through fulfilment

FAQ
Questions trade buyers ask
Straight answers on how we work with distributors and resellers.
Does Tradepack sell to end users or only to the trade?
Tradepack is trade only. We manufacture corrugated packaging for packaging distributors, resellers and high-volume trade buyers, and we never supply their customers directly.
What packaging does Tradepack manufacture?
We manufacture corrugated packaging: peel and seal book wraps, 0427 postal boxes, 0201 cases, die-cut mailers, shelf ready packaging, inserts, display units, removal boxes and bespoke die-cut formats, plain or printed in up to two colours.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We manufacture in pallet quantities for trade supply. Minimums depend on the format and board, so include your expected volume and call-off pattern in your enquiry and we will quote a run length that suits it.
What are your lead times?
Lead times depend on whether tooling is needed and on board availability. Repeat programmes run to agreed schedules. New formats include a sampling and approval stage before production. We confirm the lead time with every quotation.
How many colours can you print?
Up to two colours, flexographic, using water-based inks with Pantone matching. That covers logos, handling marks, barcodes and SKU identification for most trade packaging.
What is peel and seal packaging?
Peel and seal packaging closes with a pressure-sensitive adhesive strip instead of tape. The packer peels a liner and presses the flap shut, which is faster, more consistent and tamper-evident. We apply the strip inline on book wraps, 0427 mailers, 0201 flaps and bespoke formats.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. New designs are cut on our digital flatbed as a white sample for fit and drop testing, and approved before any production tooling is ordered.
Where is Tradepack based?
Our factory is at Windover Court, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire (PE29 7EA), with delivery across the UK to your warehouse or direct to your customer.
How sustainable is your packaging?
Corrugated board is made from renewable and recycled fibre and is fully recyclable. We use water-based inks, a hot-melt adhesive certified 81% renewable and carbon negative, and power from renewable suppliers.
