Drinks are heavy, fragile and shipped in volume, which makes them one of the hardest things to package well. We design and manufacture die-cut drinks packaging that holds bottles and cans securely through courier networks and wholesale distribution.
Bottle shippers
Our bottle shippers combine an outer case with die-cut dividers or fitments that keep each bottle clear of its neighbours and the walls of the box. Designs run from single-bottle mailers to 12-bottle transit cases, sized to carrier parcel limits so that shipping cost stays predictable.
Carriers and multipacks
For retail and gift applications we manufacture can and bottle carriers, printed up to two colours, and multipack trays for wholesale distribution.
Designed and tested
Every drinks format is designed in CAD around the actual bottle or can, then sampled on our digital flatbed and drop-tested before tooling. Board grade is specified for the load: B or BC flute for bottle shippers, E flute for printed carriers.
Supply
Drinks packaging is supplied flat on pallets, with inserts nested or pre-assembled, in the volumes drinks wholesalers and online retailers work to.
