Removal boxes are asked to do more than most corrugated: carry dense, mixed loads, stack in a van, survive several moves and still look presentable with a customer’s branding on the side. We manufacture them in double-wall board for that reason.
Built for repeated use
Standard removal cartons are made in BC double wall, which gives the stacking strength and edge crush resistance the job needs. Hand holes are die-cut for safe lifting, and labelling panels can be printed for contents and room marking.
For book boxes and archive cartons, where the load is dense and the box is small, we adjust the board grade and flap design to hold shape under weight.
