The FEFCO code is the shared language of the corrugated industry. It describes the construction of a box, a tray or a wrap in a four-digit reference that any distributor, buyer or packing line can understand. We manufacture across the range.
What we cover
The bulk of trade demand sits in a handful of families, and those are the ones our lines are set up for:
- 02 slotted cases such as the 0201, the workhorse of transit packaging.
- 03 telescope boxes where a separate lid gives a deeper, stronger pack.
- 04 folder types including the 0427 roll-end tuck-front mailer used across e-commerce.
- 05 slide types for sleeves and outer wraps.
- 07 ready-glued styles such as crash-lock bases that erect quickly on the bench.
Each is manufactured to your internal dimensions, board grade and print specification, then palletised for delivery to your warehouse or direct to your customer.
Specification control
Distributors sell FEFCO styles on consistency. Their customers expect the same case to behave the same way on every delivery. We hold board grade, crease depth, glue pattern and slot dimensions to agreed tolerances so that repeat orders run cleanly through automated case erectors and manual packing alike.
Where FEFCO stops
Some products need more than a standard construction. When a FEFCO style is the wrong starting point, our CAD team develops a bespoke die-cut format instead, using the same production route.
