Bespoke packaging is where most trade programmes start. A distributor has an end customer with a product, a postal constraint and a packing line, and needs a format that protects the product, runs cleanly on the bench and ships at the right cost. We design and manufacture that format.
From brief to pallet
Every bespoke project follows the same route. Our CAD team takes the product dimensions, the shipping method and any branding requirements and develops a structure around them. Where a standard FEFCO style will do the job we will say so. Where it will not, we engineer a die-cut format with the fit, retention and closure the application needs.
Cut samples are produced on our digital flatbed for sign-off before any tooling is ordered. Once approved, the design moves onto our rotary die-cutting line, where print, cutting, gluing and peel and seal application happen in a single pass.
Built for repeat supply
Bespoke does not mean one-off. Most of our bespoke formats are repeat programmes supplied run after run to agreed specifications. Board grade, crease depth, glue pattern and seal performance are controlled so that the thousandth pallet matches the first.
Branding without complexity
Our flexographic print supports up to two colours with Pantone matching, which covers logos, handling marks and SKU identification for the majority of trade packaging. Inks are water-based and applied inline, so print adds no separate process or lead time.
